Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply (from 1st of September 2020):
- The program is only eligible to members who have previously hired a campervan with Travellers Autobarn USA.
- To be eligible for the reward any 3rd party must have clicked on member's dedicated referral link
- To be eligible for the reward any 3rd party must have booked online via our website - www.travellers-autobarnrv.com
- To be eligible for the reward the 3rd party's booking must have been approved by Travellers Autobarn USA, meaning that the bookings were confirmed & a camper van / mini van was picked up sucessfully.
- The reward for each approved booking (booking which were confirmed & vehicle picked up) will be $25 USD.
- Once the status changes from "pending" to "approved" is eligible for payment & will receive payments within 7 days
- Every member will be notified about payment via email
- Payments will be made in form of an online visa gift card credit card
- To comply with US Tax Law a maximum reward of $500 can be earned during each tax year - 1st of January to 31st of December each year. No rewards are paid for additional confirmed rentals during the same tax year. Members will automatically start from $0 reward amount each tax year as such member do not need to reapply to part of the referral program.
- Before sending out your dedicate link to referrals please ensure you have their permission to be contacted.
Travellers Autobarn's referral program is only available for individual and not for any 3rd party businesses or companies.
